Re: County Court Judgement

As long as you paid it then and there and the fine wasn't issued by a court, it should have no impact and you do not have to declare it.

Re: ILR for child born in India

It's totally a personal choice. But having your baby delivered in the UK makes the immigration process a lot simpler/less expensive. Once either of your ILRs is sorted, you need to apply for BC (MN1 form and British passport), you will need to get a tourist visa or an OCI card for the little one to ...

Re: ILR - same day premium service appointments

1. Keep trying, frequently and you will find one soon. New slots open and also slots that are cancelled open up as well. So keep looking for it. 2. If your continuous period of 5 years is completely on Tier 2, you can ignore this. It is more for people who switch to Tier 2 from Tier 1 and account th...

Re: documents for UK born child applying ILR

Your son (born in the UK) does not need an ILR. He will be eligible for BC directly once either of the parents gets an ILR. You need to register your son as British Citizen via form MN1 and then apply for a passport.

Re: ILR set O form query - Section 7

This may be helpful to someone in the future. I declared both my traffic offences (both convicted by court but before 24 months) in section 7.2 (after ticking yes in 7.1 Criminal conviction) and in the cover letter explained my situation. Today at Sheffield premium centre, I was granted ILR with no ...

Re: ILR set O form query - Section 7

Guys, I'm not sure how my post is unnoticed.. I need some urgent suggestions here.

And my question might be really straight forward for senior members.. Where do I declare my traffic court convictions in Set O form (that are older than 24 months).

ILR set O form query - Section 7

Hi, this is my first post and I apologise if this has been discussed earlier. I will be applying for my ILR soon through T2 General 5 yrs route. I have a history of 2 traffic convictions (MS90 & SP50) but the convictions were well before 24 months. I was awarded points and paid a fine in the cou...
