Hi All, I'm posting this for my brother-in-law. He was applied for Tier-2 in May and he received his approval letter in August 2018. He was waiting for his BRP since then he contacted BRP team regarding that and they have replied that due to some technical error they are unable to print his BRP. An...

Re: Flr (FP) was rejected as invalid - Due to Solicitor negligence

Do you really have a very strong case to apply for private life? You may also need to think that if you leave the UK, can you re-enter again by the other visa? Because for ILR LR, if you can reenter the UK legally within 180 days after your previous visa expired, you can still be considered as "...

Can they not correct an incorrect certificate? Did you complain ? It was my fault so can't complain. And apparently they can't correct the certificate so I didn't take the risk and took the test again. However I am now confused how to proceed with 2 certificates in hand. you can definitely send bot...

Hi,

Is it ok to start work after the tier 2 dependent visa is approved but awaiting BRP?

Or is it restored to wait until BRP arrives?

Current visa is T2 ICT
You don't need to wait and can work continuously.
