I am applying for naturalisation my wife has permanent residence(Applied using my PR) do I put her as a dependent. She has a job and PR and does not depend on me

I am currently on Tire 2 General Visa and planing to apply for apply for ILR using 10 year route. My wife is on PBS dependent visa. Does she have to apply for FLR M with me or does she have to apply for FLR M after I am granted ILR. Please help.
