Re: GTV Endorsement refused

Thanks Vinny. I have already gone through the thread you have shared. Also checked the provided web links but could not find the answer i need. As I have recently received negative endorsement even after review, would it be worth submitting the same application without changing anything in it to the...

Publication list in CV for GTV peer review

Hi all,

I am preparing for GTV peer review application.
My question is:
(1) As I will be listing all my patents, publication in the endorsement application, do i need to mention publication again in my CV?

I would highly appreciate a quick reply.

Cheers!!!

Re: Tier 2 (Knowledge of English)

Hi Rahul,

Did you applied for visa? There is an option in Tier 2 policy guidance where if you have been given a previous Tier 2 grant and proved that your degree was taught in English then you don't require NARIC of ILETS.

Please confirm and positively let me know if this help.

Re: Tier 2 General VISA: English language requirement

Hi cyclina1,

My previous leave was Tier 2 General (2015-2017).
In 2015, there was a point calculator and I was awarded 10 point by filling the details of different degrees(BTech, Mtech, PhD (IIT)) in the calculator. Basically I opted the option of degree taught in English.

Re: Applicability of Tier 2 General Cool-off period

They have used "further leave" as mentioned on the page number 72-73 for "new entry clearance". It can be an issue that I did not only come initially for 3 months. I was in UK for substantially longer with the same employer. From my understanding it is still its not crystal clear...

Re: Applicability of Tier 2 General Cool-off period

Thanks CR001. So, if I apply for Tier 2 general on or after 15th July, during the 12 months immediately before my date of application cover 14th july 2017 because I had been sponsored in Tier 2 (as recorded by the Certificate of Sponsorship) for a period of 3 months or less. Shouldn't I be able to a...

Re: Applicability of Tier 2 General Cool-off period

Thanks.

But, I think, as my last CoS was for three months I should get a waiver of 3 months?

What do you think?
