NARIC statement of comparability is acceptable, so long it was accepted for the previous application. I know of few people who had the same concern as yours. Yes, but I am not sure if this can be done mid way before the expiration of your current leave or you have to wait for the 28 days before current leave runs out. Yes that is right. Since that section is mandatory you have to complete it. But remember to state in your representation that you have dependant(s), as the decision will be based on the whole picture of information that you provide in your application.

To the best of my knowledge, you are entitled to settlement after completing consecutive renewal on the same visa category as per FLR FP parents route.
