Thank you so much . One more I would like to clarify ,is it okay for us to travel to India in the Month of August and back by September me being with settled status and they are in Dependant Visa valid up to November 2024 and then reapply for ILR in Set (0) in the End of September. Many Thanks.

Most Importantly I forget to mention in my earlier post , one of My friend working for xxx employer in the Tier 2 ICT long term Staff had taken 6 months of maternity leave and join back , she also in UK pay roll system only. So please have a chat with ur employer.

If the 50's go through this month am sure 45's goes through in July going till 40-42 in July then in August it might go to 30. If 50-55 doesn't go through it will delay the above outcome for a month. I agree with you , if 50-55 doesn't go through they need a month to clear the back logs of 45 to 55...
