My previous NHS trust couldn’t manage a CoS due to prevailing rules and regulations of Home Office, if I get selected for another job at another Trust in NHS, before we apply for CoS through the second Trust, what is that I need to ensure

Thank you. Yep, am aware of the link you enclosed, my HR said the minimum score was met with, but a lottery system works for all NHS applications and I was unlucky in that lottery system, am failing to believe what she said.

My HR said, the application has met minimum requirements but wasn’t lucky to be picked up from the lot allotted to NHS, for NHS, does it work this way.

Hey mates an update on my status. I got rejected at 45 points last week as you all know and i emailed the hr for the reason they didn't say exactly why but promised to reapply in May. So fingers crossed wish me luck ..
