Regarding the visa appeal

Hi

I was just wondering if I can contact ECM ( Entry clearance manager) regarding the pending appeal. I mean is there any official email address directing to him to post my concern.

..........yes i see that now:( well, the nearest is in Rome, its just a hassle as we have our 3 year old son, daughter who is 8 in school and my husband is in UK in a new job qualifying us..... We had a discussion about this new revelation re exam dates and i think its the final nail in the coffin ...

@Ballmigirl17, it is really sad that you got refused despite having a solicitor. The solicitor would have known if there were chances of rejecting before applying. I agree with you saying they have targets to review certain number of cases. But there is more to it. They have targets for refusing vi...

For category B you must have earned at least £18600 during the last 12 months from date of application so therefore, you should wait till JUNE. Secondly as you are now on salaried job giving you at least £18600 per year at the date of application which is absolutely fine. Just wait till June. Thank...
