My wife came here in july 2006 on a spouse visa on her previouse marriage , after 2 years she was given further leave to remain, then we got married in december 2007. it will be 2 years in dec 2009. her visa expires in feb 2010. so what shall i apply for? ILR or citizens...

i just phoned the HO, now and they told me that it wuoldnt affect me, but its advisable to let the council know that you are living there.

nor do i know y?......the solicitor told me that i shud start paying.

does it not make a difference?????

My wife has applied for further leave to remain, and they have called us for an interview in 2 weeks time, and they have asked us to bring along our last council tax bill.
