ILR Or Citizenship

hi just wonderng what to do. My wife came here in july 2006 on a spouse visa on her previouse marriage , after 2 years she was given further leave to remain, then we got married in december 2007. it will be 2 years in dec 2009. her visa expires in feb 2010. so what shall i apply for? ILR or citizens...

i just phoned the HO, now and they told me that it wuoldnt affect me, but its advisable to let the council know that you are living there.

Im not Paying COuncil Tax.!!!!!

My wife has applied for further leave to remain, and they have called us for an interview in 2 weeks time, and they have asked us to bring along our last council tax bill. The problem is that im living with my grandfather, who gets benifit , and gets full rebate of his council tax bill. Im wondering...

i have got my divorce done here although the decree absolute is still in the post.....but i wanna get things done........i have done a religious marriage to the man i want to marry....but obviously that is not recognized by law.

hmmm quiet right.... i just phoned the immigration enquiery burea , they said that i will need to change my visa status before applying for coa.....how do i do that?
