Did they mention the reason , was it due to points not meeting the minimum pts required in month or some other error in your application like labour market test

Speaking with my immigration lawyer she expects the cutoff will be at salaries of 55k or more (i.e. 55 points with salary + residential labour market test).

I echo the same this way people at 45 and below will never get a rcos:-(

I've found some (somewhat) helpful info. This excel sheet was information issued from Home Office under freedom of information act - it shows how many were approved/denied in each band of points. I wonder if they cant accommodate the backlog of 45 when they have the highest allocation of cos would they ever be able to do in upcoming months. I see this as an issue to stay with more shortage occupation job taking the quota month on month

I am not sure what is taking HO to send out rejections and shatter the hope once and in for all . What is the point to drag it when they don't want to do anything about it . This would literally save us days of frustration and waiting

Has no one heard today on their application rejection / approval . Its like Feeling anxious every single minute to ultimately get a rejection at 45 pts
