They also told me the same thing that my passport is at the consulate, but I couldn't even go inside the consulate. They didn't let me in. The security gaurd was giving me the same junky crap UNVI email address we all know. Actually I got the feeling that the idea behind building TlsContact centers...

So just to give some feedback here, my dates were:
biometrics: 28/08
received email that was not straightforward: 14/09
decision made: 30/09
But even with the priority fee I have not yet received my passport.
