Thanks. Finally, I reached a phone call with HO yesterday. They said my HSMP application has been approved. That is a good news. But they also told me that the documents may take 3 months for me to collect. Have anyone in this forum had such a experience to take more that 1 month to get the document...

I had a email from HO a couple weeks ago and they said that my application has been processed the decision and documents were returned to me 25.07.07. But I still haven't received it until now. I called them yesterday from Australia. but it seemed it took forever to have someone to pick up my phone call. I waited on the phone for more than 50 mins and there was no sign anyone would take up my request. I hang up the call eventually without any freeback.

Thanks. The stamping letter or documents in not common in Australia. I already checked this issue with my employer . They can only sign my payslips without stamping. My original pay ships are simply printed out in black and white color by my employer, but has my employer's name and logo on it.
