i am in 2+3 yr scheme. Now what is my option for ILR, if I stay away from UK for 1 year in between. shall i apply for another extension to complete 5 years in UK before applying for ILR? any idea how long that extension be? 1year?

My HSMP visa will expire on May 2009. How early can apply for extension? i read somewhere 28 days but not sure. Can i apply in March 2009 itself?

I have got my EC and there was no medical test required. Do I still need to carry some x-ray report?

is it must to have xray at health counter at UK airport.

what other medical reports they need apart from xray.

hi all,

I also received my EC today. My timelines

applied on 14th may from bangalore
received EC stamped passport on 29th May.

don't know what all they verified.

what mohan is saying is correct. it is safer to apply with family. After getting EC, for travel you can later choose flexible dates. showing other bank a/c is fine as long as it is in your name. if you think amount is not enough try to show some property if you have or get sponsership letter from yo...

i tink you should submit all the docs u had sent for HSMP. you can add as many documents u want, but it is safer not to leave anything which was submitted at the time of hsmp. in the integra hsmp proforma form they ask for list also as what u had sibmitted for hsmp.

hsmp73,

today i called them and they told my passport is under verification. i think urs has atleast crossed this stage is on some next stage.

not all people are called for medical so don't worry and wait till friday.

i had included 12 month original salary slips for HSMP docs.

For integra they asked for latest two months salary slip photocopy.
