Did you send the documents from Russia by post or from the uk? Good luck in your application I sent the documents from the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery. They were signed for on the 10th May, UKVI says they return them once a decision has been made, but it seems everyone on the forum gets them...

I cant pay on IHS either, as the visa4Uk website doesnt allow you to pay for the Application until you pay the IHS fee via visa4uk.

A system set up to fail and cause problems on purpose I think personally,
