Re: NHS Fee payment problem

I believe there is a glitch with this where dependent children are concerned and UKVI will likely send an email link for it to be paid. You can also pay directly on the IHS website, separate to the application form, as far as I understand. OK thanks CR001 I will have a look at paying it on the IHS ...

Re: NHS Fee payment problem

Have you tried to pay the child IHS separately to your spouse's application?? Ive gone to my Step Daughters NHS Fee page and it gives all her details and then the same 'You dont have any Dependants' so I'm a bit confused when my wife does have a dependant. It asks on the Daughters page if she will ...

Re: Appendix 2 form and 6mths Wage Slips

OK thanks CR001, so If I pay this Saturday for bio Metrics appointment and application, its safe for me to use 6 Calender months of wage slips from 5th Oct 2018 (Ist pay of the month) through to 27th March (Last Pay of the Month) as 27th March would fall within the 28 day period from the 20th April ...

Re: Settlement Visa Rejection Appeal won. What next?

I find TLS Contact a very poor company, they twice messed up my fiancee's general visit visa in the past by messing up the scanning of supporting documents and now they are saying we need to take all supporting documents for her Spouse visa to the biometric appointment and for a fee they will scan d...

Re: Wife and Step Daughter Application

You can send them together. Thanks, CR001. Does anyone know the following please: 1. If anyone on the forum has experience of visa process in Moscow, how long do they give you to send all documents to UKVI? 2. As we are using my earnings to meet the threshold, do we still have to provide evidence o...

Re: Wage Slips and Bank Statements

Re: Wage Slips and Bank Statements

Give them a ring again and you will get another different reply. Read what actual guidance says: 3.3.8. Where Appendix FM-SE requires the applicant to provide specified evidence relating to a period which ends with the date of application, that evidence must be dated no earlier than 28 days before ...

Re: Wage Slips and Bank Statements

Remember all the supporting documents must be not older than 28 days from the time of application submission and they shouldn't be post dated to date of application. After biometrics usually the sponsor has 15 days to send documents to sheffield but you should recheck it from local vfs centre. By 2...

Hi guys Thank you very much for creating this. I’m just about to apply for my wife’s visa. I have a limited company where I’m the director and the only employee. Re: Childrens Settlement Visa

Vaf4a is the online form. Appendix 2 is the additonal paper form. Thanks, CR001 I'm sure they deliberately make things hard and confusing on purpose. Shall I add the same supporting evidence for the child's application? Ie photos of us together with her mother and whats App chats with the daughter?
