They did not ask but i handed it over anyway- but the guy did not seem to look at it for too long or using caculator or anything... but in my case i have not got any absence of more than 3 months ...

- did they ask which day you acturaly start working? Or they just look at the visa endorsement date

- Did they check the absent date??

why do you bother to tell HO your starting date for work? On the employer letter, there is no specific request that you have to tell the starting date. And on your passport i assume there is only a visa stamp right? There is no where to indicate when did you acturally start working if YOU DONT tell ...

Tribalboy just is just telling people what he heard, there is nothing wrong with that. Why do so many people accuse him for that?? I understand that if the news was true it will be horrible. But why could not we even talk about it?

I know the news or rumour seem to be daunting and nobody wish it were true. However we could not just hide the heads in the sand and tell ourselves that everything is going to be ok. A positive way of looking at this is to continue fighting for our rights. E.g support the 4-5 hearing or HSMP victims...
