I am not sure what you mean: You were paid 3 months but left on payroll in error till 2014?? Yes I meant I got paid only three months from them and then I was on their payroll for next 3 years but didnt work for them as they were event management and I didnt took any job as I was working with other...

Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

Dates are “if known” question. You can provide estimates if not known or leave empty. You are expected to declare ALL employment in UK though for last 10 years but dates are “if known.” Clarify in the cover letter. Thanks for your prompt response. One thing I can do I can call the employers I worke...

Re: Naturalisation application employment history

I got a letter from HMRC detailing my past employed, as well as P60s, P45s and payslips to give as supporting documents. However, I have noticed that my HMRC record states that my current employment (part-time casual job) has ended. My employer says that I am still on payroll. Is there any need to ...

Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

Yes answer as asked. Seems like you will need to mention in all 3 questions. One more quick question as I don't remember the dates of my employment for last 10 years, I have requested HMRC to send me almost 3 weeks ago and still no response from them. They said it can take upto 19 weeks once the ca...

Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

I ran a dummy application. Actually the options are there. BUT as previously advised, you can NOT add family members just like that. Every one has to meet the requirements on their own before they can be added in the same account. Yes this what I am talking about boss. Furthermore, as I was stuck i...

Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

Just so that you are clear, you CANNOT add all other family members who live abroad to your citizenship application. Citizenship doesn't work like this. Each person applying must meet the 5 year residence requirements with valid visas AND hold ILR for 12 months. If you are trying to find a loophole...

Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

I meant when you complete the form then it ask if you want to add another applicant. So when you click yes it gives you drop down which gives you options e.g. Father, Mother, Brother above 18 or Sister above 18. So what does that means can we add someone from our blood relations who are above 18 an...

If 1300 pounds are no concern, no worries, but you can apply with much much less risk in April if you don't travel any more till then... Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

HO has discretion to ignore absence of up to 110 days. Your choice if you want to take the risk. If you are refused, you lose your fee paid. I will take the risk as it was not my choice as I have the genuine reason that why I was away for 4 months. I think this should be ok in my case. So hopefully...

Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

You risk a refusal. It also depends on what your total absences are in the last 5 years. None of your rights to remain in the UK on ILR are affected by delaying your naturalisation application till you meet the requirements. I was outside from the UK total 5 weeks in last 5 years and this time I wa...

Re: 90 DAYS CONTINUITY BROKE DUE TO COVID-19

It is not 'continuity'. It is simply 'absence'. HO can use their discretion to disregard absence of upto 110 days in the final 12 months immediately preceding your date of application. There has been no change to the absence limits for citizenship or concessions. am I still able to apply for my Bri...

TIER 1 ENT DEPENDENT

Hi Guys, I applied for my ILR via Tier 1 Ent route and tier 1 Ent dependent extension in Sept 2019, both were approved in November e.g. my ILR and wife's Tier 1 Ent dependent extension. However I was advised that my wife should have applied for Settlement visa as I have ILR now and they saying she w...
