Hi, I don't think they acknowledge the receipt of documents. You just have to wait till they send your documents back.

NHS will continue to provide health care for your newborn. There is nothing you need to do or pay.
If you extend your visa and want to apply for a visa for your newborn then you need to pay IHS surcharge.

In the meanwhile, I gathered information that if the applicant's sponsor is 'A-rated Premium' then they send passports back very quickly. Can anyone corroborate this please?
