I'm sorry but I'm confused with your question. Lets put it this way. I wrote my final exams in Dec 2011. Then I got my results in Jan 2012. In Feb, my college asked me to come and collect the letters ( From my college as well as from the Uni with which my college is affiliated). I got my letters fr...

I think Zane Malik is over rated first he lost the ACCA one and now the Khatel too..I think its been done hes gonna loose the ACCA case in COA too coz hes not got any valid points.. Zane let us down big time.. I think that is unfair. Perhaps the cases were lost just because the correct decision was...

The original poster in another thread has said they used fake documents to try to get a visa in the UK, and now wants to come to Ireland to study.

When they used supposed Cambridge College of Learning PGD documents, then they used bogus documents.

Re: Permanent till ILR/ Contracting when you are citizen????

Hi, Just wondering about the following to see if it holds any weight. People (including few recruiters) seem to recommend going for contracts only after attaining british citizenship, why is that? I think the reason mainly is for citizenship/ILR you will have to show income and for that you will ha...

Re: Critical situation - WP cancelled but continued work

All Expertiese, Thanks for looking at my query. I have applied for 10 years long stay residency in the month of Nov 2012, so technically 6 months time has passed and outcome yet. I came to this country as a student in the year 2003 and got WP (non PBS) in the year 2008, I was there for that company...

The sponsors must also notify UKBA within ten days if your place of work in the UK changes. If they don't then every single person they have as aTier 2 migrant has their employment and visa in the UK at risk. Ever wondered why routes close and tighten? You also would not be able to see your wife for...
