Upper Tribunal case out

http://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKUT/IAC/2013/00041_ukut_iac_2013_am_pakistan.html The Judge has kept it short but sweet. Re: Urgent Help Tier 1 extension refusal

In making the decision to refuse your application, careful consideration has been given to the following: On 1 September 2008 you were granted Leave to Remain in the United Kingdom under Tier 1 (post Study Work) until 22 August 2010. . . On 27 January 2011 you were granted Leave to Enter the United...

you will never get real flaws of the rules.... I don't get the flaws, but I do want someone to explain them to me. It would help others who are in the middle of the appeal process too. I am not the only one who doesn't see why people with a plain ACCA qualification meet the rules for PSW. The UKBA ...

Get your lawyer or barrister to argue the rules for psw visa rather than the guidance. The rules is different from the guidance. The rules clearly states the degree must be awarded by a UK recognised body OR listed body not and. But the guidance only says a recognised body, however the guidance can...

Sorry to hear your case. However, it would be good to name the solicitor who did this and convicted. Atleast, it will give advance warning to those who had use same his/her services in past and planning to apply for extension and they can decide tot take this risk. I don't think it would be good if...

Then the problem isn't just overstaying, but that you also used deception to try to get PSW. If you were working in the UK illegally then that is another problem too.

The college ddn't just close, it was raided by UKBA and the police.
