Hello..actually you have to write a letter to UKVI requesting work permission OR your solicitor can just email HO for asylum work permit ..you will get letter from HO within a month about the confirmation of work granted and then your BRP will arrive .. as long as u have never worked illegally UKVI ...

Hii..yes getting work permit is easy after one year of pending asylum case as I got mine as well but it is only for SKILLED job..

I have applied in nov 2016 and I am still waiting for decision ...just getting 6 months delay letters after 6months ...very depressing
