You don't need P60 for ILR. You need last 3 months payslips and corresponding bank statements.

Tier 2 General new COS letter for 1 year

Hi currently I am on Tier 2 visa sponsored by company. I got new job where they are ready to sponsor me. I am eligible for ILR in 5 months, so can I get COS letter for 1 year or is there minimum years we should put when generating COS letter?

Tier 2 General 1 year COS generate

Hi,
Currently I am on tier 2 general visa. I will be changing my employment with new sponsor. I just need 5 months of visa to be eligible for ILR. So can i ask my new employer to generate COS letter only for 1 year? Or is there minimum year we should give when generating COS??

Within 10 days after your LAST day of work.
Is that mean company don't have to inform HO before my end of notice period that is, on 10th day of notice preriod?
