It would be better to require the test at the beginning of the journey to citizenship not after you have been here for 3 to 5 years.

The stuff I read, well I knew, not knowing I knew. As I had figured that stuff out after having lived here and it would have been better to know upfront.

You don't really explain what you like more about company B. more money? Maybe you think company A is a better job. Then you could leverage company B's offer on Company A.

Strange the employer won't give you a letter for the time you worked for him outside of the country. I think your payslips would indicate that you were working for him despite being outside of the country and that would be your go around. If you can get copies of your expense reports that you submit...

Hi there I read that for work permit holders that any periods of unemployment will not count toward the qualifying period. Does that rule apply to HSMP holders? It took me awhile to break into the market and I'd hate to think all that time I supported myself without a job doesn't count toward the 5 ...
