My experience with HO is that the more doc evidence we provide the quicker the response. I know some people advise not to submitt doc evidence unless HO asks for explicitly in the app. form or guide. For example AN form asks for Tax details but no mention of P60/P45s in case of permanent employees. ...

As i mentioned in the previous reply I had submitted P60s & Self-Assessment statement for the status of an Employee & a Director of a LTD company.
