Hi there, I wonder if someone can help me and solve this dilemma! I am applying for British Citizenship by Neutralisation for me and my wife (in the same application). Here I need to provide 2 referee for each of us, that fine. But, my question is, Can I have only 2 referees, who can sign for me and...

After ILR application submission, how Can I send ORIGINAL "IELTS-B1 Certificate"?

Hi there, After 5 year of Tier 2 (General) VISA, I (as main applicant) and my wife (as dependant) submitted ILR application a month ago. I did a stupid mistake and submitted a coloured printout of "IELTS-B1 (life skills) English test Certificate" for my wife's ILR application. Now, when I ...

Re: Can we directly apply for Child's Neutralisation?

Many Thanks Vinny!
At present, my son has an Indian Passport with a Tier 2 (dependent) Visa. So, you mean, after we will get ILR, then he need to registered first, and then Neutralisation process (submission of Indian Passport and get British passport)?
Thanks!!!!

Can we directly apply for Child's Neutralisation?

Dear All, Our son was born in UK in 2015, when we did not have indefinite leave to remain (ILR). Now we are going to apply for ILR next month. So, in place of applying ILR for our son together with us, if we simply wait to get our ILR first; then after that, Can we directly apply for his neutralisat...
