Is this related to that non-conviction incident you were wondering whether to include or not? (I think you asked this question here earlier?)
If it's that, don't worry too much. You should be allright.

The wheels are now in motion...best to leave things as-is.

soulfullness - Your plan does look clever and you could possibly pull it off. However, I have read on this forum that in some instances NCS asked for last 5 years' P60 while reviewing naturalisation applications. And that could be a problem if you have been away for close to a year. Also, with the r...

wunder & kiwigirl,

I've given up long ago! When you read some of the stuff that people write here, and then they tell you they are getting naturalised, you really wonder what the heck is going on!

I notice that several people here have sent out their passport applications on the same day as their citizenship ceremony. How is this possible? The passport form requires you to enter your naturalisation details, and for a countersignatory to sign your form and photo. Can all this be done on the sa...

Oops, missed the £180/wk bit in the original post!

That works out to around £800/month. You would need to move out of central London to find a place for that rent. And don't expect garden etc.

Many congratulations guys, particularly global gypsy, mohamedmourad, and marvelous2062. I am starting to get a bit stressed out now. Did call them on Thu and was told it hasn’t been assigned to a caseworker yet but that ‘it shouldn’t take too long now’. Don’t know what to make of that. Th...

I agree with John. The form specifies that you report only actual convictions. If you include non-convictions, then that could be potentially (incorrectly, of course!) interpreted by the caseworker as convictions, even if you add explanations etc.

Are you applying for ILR or British citizenship?
P60 etc is required only for ILR application, not for naturalisation.

Just look through the number of spelling errors and poor writing style in the original letter.
Easy to spot it's a scam.

Tomuk, it would help if you posted under the correct sub-forum. This thread is for naturalisation timelines (as the title indicates) based on people's individual cases.
Best of luck.

global gypsy - you need to specify which council you want to take your oath in on your AN form when you apply, in case you do not want to use your local council. Thanks - that's what I thought. Looks like I have no option except to go with my own council. Of course, this could slow down the ceremon...
