Validity of BRP ILR

Hello All,

I recieved my BRP today evening after ILR application (same day service). It says Valid Until: 31-12-2024. Does ILR expires? what happens after 31-12-2024 if I decided not to go for British Citizenship?

Any suggestion or anyone with similar validity, what does it mean?

Regards

Re: Urgent help--does PCN for parking affects ILR application?

OK, Many thanks for the suggestion. In one case in May 2014 I was arrested for drunk and Disorder for which I was not charged as there was no enough evidence to prove the offence (as I had already paid the taxi fare). Re: Urgent request: Arrested: no Caution, Not Charged, No penalty, No Conviction

Dear Sir, many thanks again. Your suggestions are making me confident.

Sorry to repeat the question : do you think I didn’t make a mistake by not mentioning about arrest in 2015 Tier 2 extension (visa was issued without any question) ?

Kind regards

Re: Urgent request: Arrested: no Caution, Not Charged, No penalty, No Conviction

Thanks again for the quick reply. Very helpful. This arrest happened in May 2014 and I applied for Tier 2 extension in March 2015.
