Cohabitation documents

To show cohabitation, I have obtained council tax bills from cities where I and my wife lived earlier. I also have tenancy contract for all the places we have lived. Her payslips, credit card bills. Will it be sufficient?

Also do I need to show it for 5 years or 2 years? My leave was granted in 2013.

Re: ILR CASH saving requirement

Is this saving requirement for SET(M) or SET(O)?

For T1ET, do I need to show cash savings or a salary above £37K is enough?

Re: ILR English requirement confusion

Thank you. Yesterday I applied through RED route on UK NARIC for settlement and the fees was about £152. I submitted her degree certificate, transcript and letter from University. Hopefully, that should be enough.

Re: IELTS for Dependant

Thank you for your reply.

She took her IELTS Academic in June 2016, which is valid for two years.

Does that mean she will have to appear for another test? Or can we go for NARIC and get the validation for her degree from India?

Hello All,

I am planning to apply for ILR soon along with my wife. However, her IELTS certificate will expire this week.

Many thanks.

Hello,

Is my understanding correct that I can apply for ILR and the time spent on T2G will count towards it?

Many thanks.

Re: 60 day gap in employment

You read wrong. It does not apply anymore. My understanding is that you need either 3 years or 5 years on Tier 1 ET to qualify for ILR. You can't use the Tier 2 time. Eligibility You can apply if you were endorsed in your field as either: a recognised leader (‘exceptional talent’) - you must have b...

Letter from HMRC

Hello All, I have been on Tier 2 General and I have always been in a salaried job. In 2016, I changed job and in November 2017, I received a letter from HMRC saying that I had paid less tax. Their explanation was that my previous employer had paid tax on medical insurance on £50 instead of £200. Sin...
