Re: Struggling with figuring out Adequate Maintenance!!

Hey Buddy, Absolute rubbish that lawyer, fire them. You can use income related benefits in the appendix fm adequate maintenance document. Universal credit is allowed as you are receiving PIP, and eligible for adequate maintenance. For the savings you can start from £0. I would advise max £5300 so un...

It is the date of entry for your spouse who is on FLR M.

The visa issue date as the start is for a different visa category completely.
Thanks CR001 much appreciated

Credit Card Statement for Cohabitation

Hi,

Will it be OK to use American Express Credit Card statements for cohabitation evidences for myself and my spouse.

I thought they may not be suitable, as the guidance specify bank statements.

All replies welcome.

Re: 2 (possibly silly) questions for FLR(M)

I assume ticktack probably just mistyped on the 5/10. Anyone know about the final query re English result? Hi Buddy, 12 pieces single, or 6 join...

Also, provisional result is not confirmed. So you should definitely apply after you get the result confirmation. And upload the result c...

Re: ESA = Adequate Maintenance?

Yes, if you get the income related ESA , and you're in the support group its fine.
it will count as long as you get the qualifying benefit as mentioned above.
