Re: Deception and curtailment

Yh well OP clearly was aware of deception when application was made, which raises red flags. As you were in on the deception. Now that you don't want to live with your spouse, you're conveniently digging up things, to get their visa curtailed. Not a good way to go.

Best thing, is to get an annulment.

Re: FLR M extension - 180 days absence at one period of time

its a 150 days, but read below from HO guidance No more than 180 days’ absences are allowed in a consecutive 12-month period. You must only include whole days in this calculation. Part day absences, for example, less than 24 hours, are not counted. Therefore, if the applicant had a single absence du...

Re: Spouse visa fee in pounds or Pakistani rupees?.

If you have a international fee free card like Starling Bank. I would advise this, as the currency conversion fee for a normal UK bank will be like £100+ which your bank will charge for paying in international currencies

Hi Looks perfect to me, I would advise some more savings just in case your balance drops, more never hurts £500-£1000. But even with the calculation it looks fine. make sure the savings dont drop at anytime during the last 6 months from application date. you will need 1 carers award letter and 1 sta...

Re: Am I on the 10 year route, visa approved.

Hi

Apologies, my spouse never sent me the other page before, which I requested to check again.
Yes standard, means 5 year route, non-standard meaning 10-year route. the standard part is the duration of the route.
