Please i urgently need someone advice as i have limited time on RC. My solicitor is not sure what application to make. PR or ROR. And i don't know what my chances are.

Try all posible means to get the ID, if you make another PR application it will still be the same outcome. HO did it to disrupt people's live and nothing you can do now unless you provide it. Is your ex not in UK anymore or? @ Wise...i don't think that's true because have seen cases from friends ...
I was sponsored under EU law SS route because my step mother has been to EEA state live and work then back to Uk.
I don't have biometric card. I was given residence Card af an EEA national. This was stamped on my passport with employment and business activities allowed written on it.

As at the time that i was issue residence card...my Dad was issue ILR as we apply together but my step mother is British.
