Bank did not provided me the 90 days bank statement... they printed my last 3 months statement and stamped them in the branch but the last date on it was around 20th of Oct... I have received the bank letter today as I ordered quite a long time ago but thankfully it has the date of 5th of November.....

Hi

This period will count towards your ILR timescale. You can apply 28 days before Feb 2019.

Also for ILR there is no requirement for any maintenance funds

Hi

Thanks for your reply. Its stated in the letter from the accountant confirming the job creation. Should I mention this in the cover letter? or just write it with hand on the printed form (but this isn't professional) -_-

Hi Yes CR001 thats exactly what I have selected for the dependent and then the visa route is tier 1 entrepreneur. Nope not on the online form.... its on the paper form for tier 1 PBS Dependent Also another strange thing... there is no place to sign the declaration for the applicant. It just says applicants signature and authorisation as if a minor is filling up a form which is very strange. Any ideas about it??...

Apologies... I wasn't aware of these changes... so it is limited to 12 months employment only or more months can also be used under this rule? a friend waited about 17 months for his extension to be approved, so if he wants to apply before April 2019 that means he only needs 7 more months of employm...
