I got my ILR May 2013; but have proved earlier during HSMP & Tier-1 for the english language requirement using letter from my college. Also; the PBS does accept my university degree. Do i need to prove again for English language requirement ?

Regardin the English Languge Requirement; i have previously proved during my HSMP/Tier-1 extension that i meet English Language requirement. Also; the PBS recognize my university. Is this enough or do i need to get this approved from NARIC ?

So; i was asked by my company to work from India for 4.5 months and not paid UK salary for those 4.5 months. This is neither compelling nor compassionate I guess; Hence i need not provide any reasons ?

Thanks uksettlement. Thats the catch. Most of the Indian IT companies in UL sent their employees to India for 3+ months and they don't pay UK salary for that period. Its same in my case; i was not paid UK Salary. Only Indian salary.

Any advise please ?
