Was that all the information they gave you? Just to send passport photos, nothing else?

If I sent fresh flr fp application and meet all requirement. Is there positive outcome?
Have there been any significant changes in your circumstances since you last made this application? If the details of this application are the same as the last, I'm not sure what the point of it is?

Re: FLR(M) Premium Service - Further information request

Quite frustrating isn't it?

I reckon it's always best not to make concrete plans until your case is concluded.

Word of mouth advice from anyone you speak to at the HO, is not enough to use travel plans on, tempting as that might be.

Good luck, everyone.

Re: Standards of processing times

Processing times aren't usually an indicator of whether the visas will be granted or not. So, yes, you could possibly be rejected after a long wait. It's got nothing to do with that.

Re: FLR-FP Child

I see no reason why you cannot extend your stay under Article 8. In fact, my brother in law did last year in an out of hours appointment and extended fine meeting all the rules. You have a valid visa, BRP and your condition is the same, e.g you have your child, you have established private life and...

Re: UK Visitor visa - changing address plans after receiving visa

Hello, I've just found out that a friend will be visiting the UK next month. She received her 6 month visitor visa about a month ago. On the application she stated that she planned to stay in a dorm room in a London hostel for the duration of her 14 night stay. Not being a fan of hostel dorms, I've...

Can you afford legal representation? I would consider that if I were you. Failing to report does seem to skew things against you. So talk to an immigration lawyer, will you?

I know you say you've lost documents to water damage and all of that, but do you possibly have the refusal letter? If yes, could you quote it word for word? Are your children in school? Can you prove that you have a family life that will be affected if you are sent back to Kenya and separated from y...

Re: Whatsapp chat and Holiday visa questions.

If HO insists that they only want to see phone numbers and not names, I hope someone in the building is aware that you can actually edit names on WhatsApp and replace them with any number you like? On the display, you'll then see just a number, even though it is actually the 'name ID' of the contact...

Re: FLR (FP) Human Rights/complex case - any similar cases? What were your timelines please?

FLR FP Human Rights cases are always long and complex in nature. Surprising good turn around time for fellow member Amelia too, so that was a great success story. I think you do have a great ground based on your daughter's well being and best interest for the child, since you are the primary carer....

Re: FLR (FP) Human Rights/complex case - any similar cases? What were your timelines please?

Did you have any legal representation for your FLR (FP)? Would have been much easier for you to get married in Nigeria and return to UK and apply as you were going back and forth their anyway, instead of now overstaying the Visitor Visa right which I presume is the case? Yes I used legal representa...

Re: FLR (FP) Human Rights/complex case - any similar cases? What were your timelines please?

Are you married to your partner? If not, I would suggest marrying in Nigeria (or a third country) and simply applying for entry clearance as a spouse. You are making your life incredibly difficult (and the FLR(FP) path is insanely expensive) by attempting to circumvent the immigration rules (as it ...

FLR (FP) Human Rights/complex case - any similar cases? What were your timelines please?

Hi everyone. Here's a summary of my case: Regular visitor to the UK since 2007. Never overstayed, never had any immigration drama. British partner and British daughter who has severe disabilities. Been doing the back and forth between Nigeria and the UK, but had to make a decision about her educatio...
