So, RCOS has been successful after 3 attempt. My employer wants me to put down the papers with the current organization and join ASAP. Now, i want to know is it safe to put down the papers and apply for visa on the other side. Or should i wait for Visa?

I think I am a lil late - but for points calculation which salary figure should be consider - if I consider base salary+pension contribution+lunch allowance+insurance etc. etc... It's above 50k.
