Prasad, that documet is requred to tell the BHI that you meet the english language requrement. I think you should talk to the VFS to send this as additional documentation.

I believe you have to get a seperate letter from university saying that you bachelors degree is taught in English language. HO does not accept Marksheets showing English as Medium of instruction

2. Letter of accomodation support from friend
3. Friends passport copy showing his visa
