Australians don’t need a visa to come to the U.K but depending on how many times she has been over,the ECO must be satisfied she is a genuine visitor Return ticket is a must Bookings of any trips you have planned together If she works a letter confirming employment and she is on holidays. After 14 days, my partner and I did not hear back, I called the council where we registered and they said they had a note on their system that our notice period would only be 28 days. We updated our registry date and are now married without ever receiving the letter.

So try the council.

Hello My mom is applying to visit me in the UK she is on a Malawian passport, does one have to submit 6 months worth of bank Statements?
