5 years plus on permanent residence based on Eu spouse. November 2018 application . Hope we can share ideas on what not to add on to the document. The reference etc .

It took 3 months only for me.married for 15 years to a Eu spouse both working .

How does it work with the Irish reference ? Do they call them and do they have to be people one has known for 5solid year or less pls help

How did you enter the country illegally I just don’t understand becoz passports are checked upon arrival. So how did you enter if I may ask.

They only mentioned it’s in the process of decision making based on all documents handed in from us.

So today I received a letter stating the decision making is in process based on all what we handed in. Does anyone know how long this decision making takes .. thx

Thx for ur reply sounds like they take long . I was thinking of applying for citizenship next month but am afraid I have to wait few months so I don’t have a problem with an expired card. My card is due in October. I will update when I hear from them.

We Still together, Eu working since 5 years ago all bills sent and p60. Just wanna hear from someone who did it and managed to get before 6 months.

No was actually late because I didn’t know I had to apply 6months before Stamp4 expires. So late by 3 months hope they will be no problem.

Thx we applied for Eu 3 form waiting to hear then after August we will apply for citizenship. Thx sent in end of June received the letter confirming form received. Now waiting for the final say.
