Can you please confirm if FLR can be varied to ILR in person as of today as well.

All cases in this thread are from 2016.

The reason I ask is that it says on gov.uk website that you can’t use premium service if you have a visa application decision pending.

His maximum allowed 6 years on tier 2 finished in Feb 2018. That means also your dependent visa ended in Feb 2018.
