Re: Previous immigration breach and making a British Citizenship application

You can apply in 2021. Ten years after the expiration of your entry ban. That would give you 10 year clear immigration history.

They don't extend unused visitor visas.

You have to apply again when travel conditions are more predictable.

Hello

Yes, it's fine. They don't check your immigration status for tests and vaccines. These as free for anyone regardless of status in the country.

1 - No issues. Mistakes do happen. Just enter the correct one in the citizenship application.

2 - If you found it, enter it.

3 - Use the one translated in Dubai. It should be fine

4 - Add a copy of her British passport to make sure it's not disputed she is British

Re: urgent help needed parent visit visa

Hello

This is totally disgusting from the Home Office. So if my mother is visiting and I got out for an hour and leave my baby under her care, it means she is working illegally in the UK!!!

Read this:

You don't need to tell them what is your illness and what medication you are taking. This is not going to affect your immigration status as you are entitled to free treatment.

Re: Extended family refused pre settlement

Hello The refusal is justified and this immigration route is now closed. You should have applied before the expiration of your permit in October 2019. As an extended family member, you must have a valid EEA EFM card or a valid family permit in order to apply for EU Settlement Scheme. Without these, ...

Re: Citizenship Ceremony- not in UK

Hello What you are describing means you are no longer living in the UK. When you apply for naturalisation, it's granted on the basis that you will be living in the UK not just leaving as soon as you get it and use the British passport as a glorified visa to travel abroad. Since March 2020, you had m...

With my wife, it's not an issue with name but with residence permit number. Sometimes the page works with her current card number. Sometimes it works only with previous one. Sometimes it doesn't work with any of them. It seems a bit random. Here is what she is getting today (tried with old and new c...

That lady in Kenya shot herself on the foot by showing the Home Office letter. These letters say clearly "This is not proof of your status". Here is an actual example: https://i.imgur.com/v6zug1T.png Anyone showing that letter at a check-in desk is not going to fly that day. Just show them...

Hello Immigration is not easy. When I visit my country and some young lads ask me about how go to Europe, I tell them to stay home, study, create a business, build a family... and don't bother about immigration. We all know it's difficult. The world is not made of countries with open arms waiting fo...

Re: Skilled worker visa application - Have you ever received medical treatment in the UK?

Hello They are mainly interested by hospital treatments. And anyway, it won't affect you as you were entitled to NHS treatment anyway. This field is just to see if the application didn't get any NHS treatment while not entitled. But if you have been under a Tier 2 visa, there would've been no issues...

Hello These EEA cards will expire in June 2021 even if the date shown in them goes beyond. If you try to come back in July, you may get into troubles possibly with airlines companies. I am not claiming they are 100% aware about these rules, the Brexit, the Transition, the EUSS... most check-in agent...
