Re: URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

I am reading this and thinking: what a mess!!! You came in on a 6 months visitor visa then based on a common psychological situation you used the NHS and filled applications to settle in the country. I don't know from whom your are taking advice, but you are not doing yourself a favor at the moment....

Re: Visitor Visa: Heart Attack before departure

Thank you Casa. Much appreciated. T You have to apply before the end of his current visa. So the application for extension has to be sent today or tomorrow as his visa expires the 13th. Also, if he used public funds for his treatment (like he is on NHS), he will never get a visitor visa in the futu...

Re: limit of stay outside uk with brp card

What's your citizenship? What type of cards do you have? and what's the reason you need to go to your home country? If it's mater of going for a few weeks, it's not an issue. Just make sure your card is valid for your return otherwise they won't let you in. If you want to stay an extended period of ...

Re: LOST EEA RESIDENCE CARD ( Residence card of a family member of a union citizen)

Hello The residence card is not like a driving license or credit card. If you lose a driving license, you pay £20 to the DLVA and they send you one. You don't have to pass a driving exam for that. If you lose your credit card, the bank will send yo a replacement card for free. They don't do a credit...

You do realise this visa is the hardest to get and almost certain to be refused.
I tried to put it mildly thinking there might be some EEA in it, if it's UK immigration rules, the chances are indeed slim.

Also you said that your brother is British and would like to sponsor her. But this cannot fit into an EEA route or is there any previous history?

I add my vote to this: ILR is ILR and not dependent of any previous immigration condition. It's a permanent right to reside. An ILR doesn't go away because a divorce, unemployment or things of this nature.
