Re: ILR Priority Service

Many thanks for your advice. Is there a way to contact the HO to ask for the priority service refund then, please?
Thanks

So what would you recommend in this case? Should I cancel this application and make a new one?
Thanks

Re: ILR Priority Service

Hi Moderators,
May I ask you please if you could share the email address of home office to ask for a refund for a priority service. I applied for ILR with priority service and no outcome was received from the HO during the 5 working days as stated in the application form.
Thanks and regards

Re: ILR Priority Service

Visa expires on 28 Oct. 23 and first BRP was issued on 07 Sep 2018.

Re: ILR Priority Service

This is so kind of you, I do appreciate your advice, thanks a million for this.
I am a BC and thought that we coukd start with this application first due to finance.
So you recommend me to apply first for my wife and kids under 18y, then I can apply for the rest afterwards?
Regards

Re: ILR Priority Service

Thanks CR001. Yes, it's for my +18y daughter application only. After that I will apply for the rest of my family one by one but using the standard service.

ILR Priority Service

Hi Moderators,
My daughter is gonna apply for ILR using the priority service of having the decision within 5 days. I read once that the decision may take longer despite the fast track paid service, any advice on this please?
Thanks

Proof of English knowledge for ILR Application

Hi Team,
I am wondering if I can apply for ILR with only evidence of passing the life in the UK test and postpone the english test to the citizenship application?

Thanks

Re: DPS Dependants ILR application requirements

Thanks Vinny for your prompt response. Does she still need to do B1 test if she has already studied GCSE and A- level here. Also, there's no need to submit a separate application for kids over 18y?
Thanks

PBS Dependant Visa

Hi All, I have a quick enquiry please. I have got my ILR last October (ET route- 3 years) and my family are still on PBS dependant visa. My position was made redundant in January and I have set up a small business but no income so far. I am planning to apply for the universal credit for myself only ...

Apply for BC (Tier 1 route)

Hi All,
I trust you are safe. I would like to ask about the qualifying period for someone who just got his ILR (ET-3 years visa). Is it 1 year after he gets the ILR or should he stay at least 5 years in the UK prior to his application?
Thanks and stay safe

British citizenship post ILR

Hi there,

I just received my ILR card dated 28 Oct. The application was made in June 2020. Which date should I consider while applying for citizenship, one year from 28 October 2020 or the application date of the ILR or the date of first visa issue?

Thanks

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@Sean2606 If you hear from the HO imminently or even within 3 months you would not be very unlucky. I hope you will hear from them soon. For SET(O) as I mentioned in the morning and it's only based on my own assumption, because their stay in the UK is on a work basis having dependants and they also...
