They are always verified with the issueing offices/union councils where the life event entries are recorded.

Does the officer mean by proof of accommodation, a hotel reservation or a rental agreement for a house/flat/room?

They travelled from Karachi international airport. They weren’t able to get any confirmed airtickets from ISB.
