Does the 7 year rule also apply to eu national sponsors who are already joined by spouse previously? Or only to irish citizen sponsors? That’s a good question. I originally thought it was for Irish citizens but I have a colleague who is a Polish National and they rejected his second join spouse app...

@masterboy123 as soon as the Bill of minister Flanagan becomes law. His officials will “make all necessary arrangements for the next citizenship ceremony”.

@finalversion_2k Sorry to interrupt.... divorce from foreign country is only recognised in Ireland if 1 of the spouses was domiciled 6 months before application of divorce until the final decree of judgement regarding divorce is issued.... So your former spouse, should be domiciled in her EU country...

Hi All

I applied for ETA, for myself, my parents and children.
ETA approval arrived within minutes for my mom, myself and children.
ETA for my dad is still under review.
I applied Wednesday.

We all are Dutch National (eu)

Should i get worried for this now?

We are flying 24th July
