Re: Translation of documents

Translation of documents

Hi

All documents which you provide to Inis, have to be in English or translated into English.
Birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce deed and divorce certificate?
Do they need to be certified translated or not?

If you cannot get married to her, then maybe an application for de facto partner will be possible for you?

Re: need some advice please

get a computerised Nadra marriage cert, attested from ministery of foreign affairs.
Marriage date from 2015 will count as married...and not the registration date.

Re: Absence from the state

You can travel on eu id card into europe and also in some countries outside eu. Not on a european driving license... i will it out very soon, and will update.... :P
I usually travel on eu id card rather than passport. Is easier to carry :)
Id cards are not scanned, or machine read.

Hi

If you live outside Dublin, you will need to apply to the local Garda station/immigration officer.
