So I have one question, say that you are granted a work pemrmit because you are waiting for the EU1, once denied can you just continue with the work permit until the situation is sorted? i called the DETE and the girls than answer the phone was worst than thoe DoJ, only yes and no answers...excellen...

But what do they want as residence. For what I can understand new couples have absolutely no way of how to get a residence as we do not have several years of marriage and we didnt lived together(and by this I mean I didnt have a residence card) in any other member state

This means that the court case IS happening on the 15th I mean if thats the information they have it must be truth. Hopefully then very soon we will have an answer, lets all wish its in our favour.
