Dear got ILR in August 2012 left uk in nov 2012 back by may 2013 can apply nationality as I believe outside requirement is 3 month mine coming 5 or 6 month,need to stay outside with parents?

Means we can use this as father is giving letter confirming that funds are available to me anytime so can we use it to fulfill as maintenance of funds requirements for 3 months?

they have said only father or mother can be considered for this.

Dear all seniors and moderators, If someone get ILR before 9th July 2012 on Tier 1 G alone for some reasons,an his family visa expiring in September 2012,can his family eligible to apply directly for ILR or they need to apply for spouse visa Ist than ILR? Also Wat spouse need to pass LIUK or English...

The problem is that when one apply student visa he need to pass B1,I need to know if someone have UK degree did he still need to pass B1,as its written in immigration law u dont need an english test if you have a bachelor degree equivalent to UK level or above?Does it means master is fine? Come one ...
