Yes solihul is best place for this type of application.Blay 1 is right sometime it does not show up but you are really lucky that don't even on enhanced,I believe HO check from PNC data which keep all fines in it even smaller or big done by courts.

Agreed now with You and sehmehta.But I have studied many persons stories on line and its being shown that some get clean CRB but on enhanced all even minor data on PNC come up,so due to this I assume that HO always check PNC data which come up with your date of birth and shows fine as all fines give...

Most of offences done by court remain on CRB,but it depends on officers whether they categorized it as Criminal offence or not?Mostly show on enhanced CRB.So any court fine remain in record.Any court fine dealt by police so they have record in their system,so I don't think so anyone with court fine ...

Dear sometime Its Important to get as many consultation as you can but if they don't give ILR they extend it if its due to traffic offences.Also they can give it depending on case worker.Applying is better if no other option left.

To every offence by court sometime they write as follow
No offence Level URN recorded what its meant? AND
mostly without anything but with some they write as above,does it means that not a recordable offence?

With due apology If even Not on CRB,you are not eligible for ILR as sometime enhanced CRB only shows minor offences.But its my advice remaining better email UKBA.

May be you are right as enhanced CRB can give you this details(Just an assumption) but generally speaking any court fines came under 5 years criteria.Anyhow your result will be important.

As per my knowledge sometime CRB don't show small fines and HO check from some internal websites which keep records for court fines and sentences.But CRB check is not an authentic answer to spent or unspent convictions.I believe any fine through court spent after 5 years not before at all and CRB do...

Also bill in house of lords and on 3rd phase. After that 2 more phases left in lords house than it will go to House of parliament and 5 stages there than Finally royal assent looks so that this draft became Law by end this year.(assumption only) More about this can tell who knows how fast it can be ...
