EUTR1 form

Hi ladies and gents A quick question, I have a job and a place of residence in galway, I have a completed the EUTR1 form for my wife and included paperwork required including utility bills and marriage certificates etc. The only part if the form I am not sure of is for the children (2 boys not mine)...
