Re: ILR(LR): Unable to proof absences

It does not say but I have had friends who have been asked to produce proof of absences on the spot. He was called back in after submitting his application to the front desk and he used his phone to dig out past emails of booking confirmation. Thus the paranoia cause it is a lot of money to apply fo...

Re: ILR(LR): Unable to proof absences

ILR(LR): Unable to proof absences

Hello, I'm applying for an ILR(LR) soon in Croydon via the Premium route. My question relates to 'Absences within the UK'. I have a total of 15 absences. 11 have booking reservation emails to prove and passport stamps to back them up. The problem is, during 2007-2009, my parents purchased tickets fo...

Re: Need help defining 'Applied within 28 day'

I read page 10 thoroughly. Nothing said about not being able to start the application from home via online methods while being in the country and also the overstay should be waived if the application date is 25th of March which is within the 28 days. Re: Need help defining 'Applied within 28 day'

Re: Need help defining 'Applied within 28 day'

Basically I first arrived in the UK in August 2008 and never had a gap except for what I described above. My visa timeline basically goes like this; 18th Aug 2008 - Sept 2012 = T4 Student Sept 2012 - 1st March 2013 = T5 Visa (working pre-reg) 21st April 2013 - Sept 2017 = T4 Student Sept 2017 - Nov ...
